Agritur Malga Lozen

The Malga Lozen Mountain Hut is amost 1500 mt high among the mountains, the meadows and the woods of the green Valle del Vanoi, near Lake Calaita: this is a perfect departure point fro comfortable walks and excursions in the surrounding, uncontaminated landscapes.

The Malga Lozen is also a Farmhouse which respects the ancient Alpine traditions in the restaurant service; it proposes a home-made cuisine and dishes that you can taste immersed in the peace of the mountain environment. The meat and the cold cuts derive from the farm's cattle: only genuine products are served there! The Malga is open all the weekends, public holidays and during summer.

The Agritur is also a Teaching Farm which organizes laboratories on the past and actual everyday life in the mountain hut and the ancient task of hay cutting, milking of the cows and milk processing. The didactical activites are for students and organized groups, who will be hosted in specially covered and equipped rooms.
