The Dai Menegheti Farmhouse welcomes you in Avio, a small village between the sweet hills of the Venetian plains and the steep Nordic stone walls. The Agritur is a restaurant whose dishes, these respecting the tradition of Trentino, anyway possess flavours of both Mediterranean tastings and sharp alpine alimentary combinations.
The Antonelli family since ever grows the local grapes of Vallagarina and Terra dei Forti. Other products of the farm are the vegetables - from the gardens of the family -, the rabbits bred in the farm and the eggs of the free-range chickens. Special cold cuts with only Trentino meat are prepared directly by the owner and these are certified as Slow Food Product.
Some products are not produced by the farm, but the Antonelli family intend to enhance the quality of the local cattle and artisanal products of Trentino. For example, they use the cheese of the Caseificio Sociale di Sabbionara, one of the excellences of the region.
