The Ruatti Farmhouse, in Val di Rabbi - Val di Sole - cultivates 10 ha of fields among the hills and the mountains of the Stelvio National Park and offers a special traditional Trentino cusine, local products like vegetables and cheese, 15 rooms to stay in and breakfast with home-made products. The activities of the Teaching Farm, called the "Ruatti Mill", are also very important. You can find there laboratories about animals and theri feeding, the seeding and the grinding, the transformation of milk into cheese and the production of meat.

In 2008 this Farmhouse won the prestigious "Green Flag" prize for its strong committment into enhancing the territory and the respect of tradition and environment. The Ruatti family was also praised for the love they used in the production of local products like cheese and meat; the family obtained special European certification for the dairy and the butchery.

The Farmhouse is near several naturalistic routes that guest can enjoy on foot or by bike in summer; with snow shoes and and ski in winter. The Ruatti Agritur is also near to ski tracks and a horse riding centre.
