The Mortigola Farmhouse is thriving since 1985, when the two old owners, Francesca and Valerio, decided to build it up on a slope in Monte Baldo - Brentonico. Since years their son Marco is running the restaurant, together with his family; he restored the structure in 2006. Many of the ingredients are products of the farm, like fruit, vegetables and eggs. The owners collect them and use them in the traditional and accurate recipes, then served.
This Farmhouse is the ideal place where to celebrate special occasions or where to spend a day or an evening cheering with friends. Nature surrounding the Agriturismo is fascinating in every season of the year. The dishes as well, they change according to seasons so to taste the best natural flavours of the genuine Trentino's soul.
