The Maso Sorte Farmhouse counts on a numerous group of cows whose meat is used in the traditional Maso Sorte restaurant: there you can have tasty meals of the Trentino tradition in a familiar and cosy space in the green fields around the town of Castello-Molina di Fiemme. The dishes are various and change over the four seasons.
The Maso Sorte Farmhouse is run by Mrs. Colomba and her children and is specialized in the transformation of own products. The cold cuts, in particular, are the most requested products: cow and calf meat, sausage (lucaniche), Speck ham, carne salada, bacon and "bresaola" are high-quality delicacies. At Maso Sorte the Speck Ham is not smoked during processing, but the owners obtain it through ancient and artisanal methods: so, the ham will possess all the characteristics that make it unique, perfumed and flavoured.
