For more than 60 years in Val di Fiemme, the Braito family is famous thanks to the artisanal production of the Speck Ham. At the Maso dello Speck Farmhouse, the traditional recipes of Tito Braito, the founder, are still alive and used to prepare special local dishes with cold cuts, hams and other delicious meat and sausage, as well as meals in the popular restaurant.
The Farmhouse lays immersed in a green area near the small village of Daiano (Cavalese): there you can find a little shop where you can buy the home-made products and the typical restaurant, where you can taste them all year long. The dishes are always accompanied by good wine and beer. In summer you can dine outdoor in the large garden. The Farmhouse often hosts events like birthday parties, ceremonies or special snacks in the afternoon.
