Agritur Malga Vallorsara

The Malga Vallorsara Mountain Hut is Farmhouse managed by the Maso Engher Farm, who has been running the business since years on the Plain of Folgaria. 

The Malga offers accommodation in rooms, restaurant service for lunch and dinner and Teaching Farm activities during all days from May to September. The Farmhouse is divided into two different buildings: the first is the restaurant room, the kitchen, the toilets and a hall; the second includes the rooms with private bathrooms and the near new stable with a room for the milking process.

Sixty weel-fed cows live in the farm during all year and during summer they are transferred in the malga's meadows. From their milk, the owners create tasting dairy products then used in the Malga restaurant service or sold in the small shop located in Costa di Folgaria (a small village in the neighborhoods). At the Malga several events take place, like tasting service of typical products or didactical laboratories in the Teaching Farm, like the milk processing and other interesting stories.
