Agritur Malga Spora

The Malga Spora Farmhouse is located among the Paganella mountain chain (in the middle of the UNESCO-prized Brenta Dolomites), at 2000 mt high. You have to cross the border between the territories of the town of Andalo and Madonna di Campiglio on foot, as the mountain hut is not accessible to cars. The malga is open from June to September only and offers restaurant service and accommodation for overnight in two large rooms. Excursionists can rest there before continuing their trip towards Madonna di Campiglio or descending to Andalo and Spormaggiore. The surrounding nature is unspoilt and pretty savage, suitable for those who love adventures and wildlife. If you are lucky, you will see some marmots!

At the Farmhouse you can see how fresh and genuine cheese and butter are made thanks to the traditional methods; you can taste them and you can taste other products too at the restaurant. Once refreshed, you can admire the peaks of Gallino and Altissimo from the near meadows. The day after you will continue your trek!
