Malga Salanzada Farmhouse is immersed in nature, among meadows and mountains, in the very neighbourhoods of the borgo called Masi di Cavalese (Val di Fiemme). The Farmhouse boasts a long tradition in local dishes preparation: it is a typical restaurant generally open all year long in the weekends. The owners pay particular attention to local fresh ingredients like game meat, canederli, polenta and sausage, home-made desserts with hot raspberries. The farm produces milk, cheese, meat and cold cuts. On the other side, you can book dishes for vegetarians, vegans and those who suffer from celiac disease. The inner hall is not too large but cosy with alpine style furniture. It smells like a grandma's house.
The Farmhouse also offers places outdoor, where you can find the playground for children and several animals crawling in the nearby.
