Agritur Malga Sadole

The Malga Sadole Mountain Hut is a Farmhouse in the mountains past the small village of Ziano di Fiemme: you can reach the Malga by car, if you follow 3 km of paved road towards Mount Cauriol and then 4 km of not paved road towards the lawns, among which you find the cosy Farmhouse (1600 mt high). 

 

The Malga is open during summer and offers restaurant service in a typical alpine-style and recently restored halls: details are the true richness of the place, especially when they concern the local Trentino dishes and the tasting of the products of the malga.  Politeness and the glee find their way. 70 cows live there in tranquillity: every week the owners display the milking procedure and how to process the milk to create the cheese. Milk-derived products are on sale at the Farmhouse.

 

From the Malga you can start interesting walks along the Pian delle Maddalene or until Passo Sadole - that is 1 hour and a half. The scenery is simply breathtaking and the air is fresh!
