Agritur Malga Brigolina

The Malga Brigolina Mountain Hut is one of the easiest Farmhouse to reach, as it is only 1000mt high: for this reason, it is considered the lowest Malga in Trentino. Located on the western slopes of Mount Bondone, the Farmhouse is very near to the city of Trento and for that, it is quite well-known by the inhabitants.

Immersed in the green lawns surrounded by the woods, several animals are pasturing together, especially cows. The cows' milk is processed in the small diary of the farm and produces cheese and other milk derived products, which are then used in the cosy Farmhouse restaurant. The same products are also on sale. At Malga Brigolina you can taste genuine Trentino dishes: polenta with cheese fondue, spezzatino and finally, the strudel pie.

The Farmhouse is also a Teaching Farm which offers laboratories and guided visits concerning animals: children, adults, classes and organized groups can have easy access to them. From the Malga, a lot of excursions are available on foot, by mountain bike or by horse: for example, you can explore Mount Bondone and its wonderful botanic garden.
