Agritur Malga Bordolona

The Malga Bordolona Mountain Hut is a Farmhouse located in Val di Non, near the small village of Bresimo, and is surrounded by the magnificent mountain chain of Maddalene. The hut is the ideal departure point for several routes through which it is possible to reach naturalistic pearls in the Dolomites, like Lake Trenta, Lake Corvo, Val di Rabbi e Val d'Ultimo.

At the Farmhouse you can find accommodation in 5 rooms and common bathroom and taste genuine food, cooked according to the traditional cuisine secrets, like the recipe for the popular potatoes "tortei" and the aromatic sauces. At the Malga you can taste and buy delicious fresh and classical malga cheese and home-made cold cuts, like hams, pork and bacon.

During July and August guest can assist to the "casarada", i.e the milk processing to make cheese. The cheese will possess the incredible flavours of herbs and flowers near Malga Bordolona, which has been run for 10 years by the Alessandri family. What a guinness record!
