The Malga Arodolo Mountain Hut is a 1200mt-high farm which breeds cows, sheep, rabbits and chickens in a very green corner of Val di Fiemme. The mountain hut is also a Farmhouse that boosts a renowned restaurant that you can easily reach with mountain bikes.
While sitting on the outdoor tables, you can taste traditional dishes like polenta with roasted rabbit or spezzatino, lucanica sausage, cheese fondue or pasta with mushrooms; alternatively, have a snack with the tasty local cold cuts or with home-made desserts, like the strudel pie, tarts and apple pie. All meals are prepared with high quality ingredients which come exclusively from Val di Fiemme or Trentino Alto-Adige and respect the traditional recipes.
The Farmhouse opens in May and until June you can have dinner only in the weekends (on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). From the 1st of July until the 1st Sunday of September you can have lunch and dinner all days of the week; from the 1st of September to the last Sunday of November the Agritur is open only during weekends (on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). Reservations are recommended in all seasons.
