Agritur le Mandre

The Mandre Farmhouse is a family-run farm located on the Altopiano di Piné (near Valsugana Valley), in Bedollo, a small village among the mountains. The farm breeds 20 cows and 75 sheep, that produce the milk then directly transformed into cheese in the small farm dairy. Some cheese is anyway created with raw milk, as once the farmers did. Indeed, the ethical profile of the farm is sustainability, that means more quality than quantity. The animals are free to pasture outdoors in the lawns and nurture themselves with the locally grown natural hay. The Farmhouse's passionate labour contributes to the preservation of the environment, landscapes and biodiversity.

Guests can taste and buy the products direcly in the farm, which follows the ethics of short production line (from the producer to the consumer). That grants the high quality of the products and the genuine experience you can live in contact with this reality. Guided visits are organized during the week in the Teaching Farm.

In the nearby it is possible to reach the Piné Lakes - Serraia, Piazze and Buse - or to leave for interesting excursions towards the Wolf Waterfalls or the surrounding mountains.
