The new Klopf Hof Farmhouse, in Val dei Mòcheni (Valsugana), was entirely built in wood according to the bioarchitecture principles. Several animlas live there and pasture in the lawns near the wood, 2 km far from the small village of Fierozzo.

The farm possesses the Biological certification for its home-grown products - milk, cheese, cold cuts and vegetables - and traditional Trentino dishes, slighlty innovated by the onwers' creativity. The fixed menu changes according to seasons. The Farmhouse also boosts double wooden rooms where you can rest and hearthy breakfasts including the derived products of goats and sheep's milk. The yogurt is superb! You can taste the delicious home-made cakes and biscuits in the old "stube" before leaving for wonderful excursions.

In the Teaching Farm, families can take part into the transformation of wool and milk; taste the products of the farm.
