AGRITUR AL CANYON
At the beginning of Val di Non, in Spormaggiore, the Rampanelli family have been growing since 1989 biologic apples of different varieties; they have different smells, taste, colours and shape. The apples are the basis for the Bio Mille Mele Farmhouse to exist: a thousand apples. The Farmhouse offers accommodation and Bed&Breakfast service in a refined structure.
To be more precise, the Agritur is divided in two establishments. In the first, the family's old wine cellar, made up of volti and pink stone, is still functioning to treat the grapes of the owners' field. The cellar is in a house of the XV century and include, next to it, the hall for the genuine breakfasts. In front of it, there is another building, called "La Francesa" (The French), where there are 14 rooms, 2 apartments and 2 sitting rooms. A 230 sqm spa has been recently opened for guests.
"The French" building was home to a woman, called Ines, who came back to Spormaggiore after she lived several years in France with her husband. Since the 80's the peasants nicknamed her "The French" (La Francesa), because when she started talking, her accent was undoubtedly French.
